Porch Drop Protection
We select hardy, regionally appropriate plants to thrive in each season’s conditions. However, once delivered, plant health depends on proper care (watering, sunlight, etc.).
We provide seasonal care instructions with every drop, but unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or replacements due to neglect or failure to follow care guidance. That said, if your planter arrives damaged or looks off, reach out — we’ll make it right.
Delivery & Timing
Before each season, you’ll receive a reminder email to select your plant mix. If no selection is made by the ship date, we’ll automatically choose a curated mix for you — designed to match your previous preferences and ensure your porch still looks great.
Weather & Plant Care Guarantee
We curate each drop for your sun or shade preference. If you selected the wrong light setting or your plants aren’t thriving in the first 10 days, we’ll help you troubleshoot or offer a replacement if needed. Your planter is designed to flourish — and we’re here to ensure it does.
